For 100% remote care, you can order your devices and send us a copy of your test results. We program them and perform virtual verification of your fitting. The devices are sent to you with instructions for setting up your phone consult to establish remote access. Once remote access is established, we can schedule your remote fine-tuning visit via a smartphone or tablet. For face to face care, you can be seen in person for audiologic assessment, the initial fitting and follow up care at our partners at Advanced Audiology Concepts in Mentor, Ohio.
The third option is a combination of face to face care and remote support. Our partners at Advanced Audiology Concepts can provide testing and initial fitting. At this time, remote access can be established for follow up care.
All of our devices come with a 45 day Support Bundle which includes:
1) Telephone Contact to set up remote support and provide initial instruction and training
2) Remote session via smart phone for fine tuning and further instruction and demonstration
3) Remote session via smart phone for fine tuning and outcomes measures
4) Services are to be used within the 45 day period beginning with the Telephone Contact or are forfeited
